Debt Recovery Management System
A multi-tenant operations backend for managing customer accounts, payment workflows, reporting, and team access.
Problem solved
Centralized complex account-recovery workflows while keeping each organization’s data isolated, access-controlled, and auditable.
What I did
Built the Laravel REST API, tenant-isolated database architecture, policy-based permissions, approval workflows, payment tracking, reporting, imports and exports, notifications, and encrypted backup and restoration tools.
Outcome
Delivered a secure backend that gives operational teams a consistent API for managing accounts, payments, approvals, reports, and recovery workflows, supported by automated feature and unit tests.
