Problem solved

Addressed legacy database limitations, outdated platform architecture, and data migration challenges while improving data organization, access control, and media management.

What I did

Developed backend features using Laravel and PHP, redesigned the MySQL database, migrated legacy data using Python scripts, implemented role-based access control with roles and branches, processed property images with FFmpeg for watermarking, integrated AWS S3 storage, and built REST APIs.

Outcome

Successfully migrated legacy data into the new database, modernized backend infrastructure, improved access management, and established API-driven functionality for the revamped platform.
